Hi, I’m Mike Ianello. I’m a graduate of the University of Maine Construction Management program and have over 18 years of experience in the industry. My background includes work in residential, commercial, and heavy industrial construction, and my career has taken me throughout New England, Arkansas, and the metro D.C. region, before I settled on the New Hampshire Seacoast in 2018.
I founded HausWorks because I’m passionate about sustainability, quality, and customer service. I love collaborating with my clients, from concept to execution, to make their vision for their new home a reality. I’m certified in Passive House construction and take pride in building beautiful homes that minimize energy consumption and waste and enhance comfort and health. I look forward to working with you!
